Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the appointment.

Please take into consideration- weather, parking, filling out a new form for all new clients, etc.

All medical information is confidential. Insurance receipts are available.

Please provide 24hrs notice for any cancellations or modifications or a session fee will apply of $30/30min, $60/60min, $70/90min cancellation. The cancellation fee is waived should you find another guest to fill the reserved space.

Late arrivals will be accepted up to a 15 minute delay, however the session will end at the scheduled end-time. After 15 minutes the session will be cancelled and the fee still applies.

Please confirm the appointment by replying Yes or No in the confirmation e-mail/text.

Please bring your own water, however no food allowed in the studio. Finally, all cell phones/electronic devices to be on silent or turned off to ensure the best care possible.
