First up: FEEL.
Fascia is the largest sensory organ in the entire body and spans the entire body. Proprioception and interoception allows us to connect with the body’s feelings.
Breaking down the word interoception, we can see that it means internal perception. Today we’ll start with one simple exercise to connect to our breath and heart as February begins.
Interoception Focus:
Place a hand on your chest to feel your heartbeat, simply noting how it feels… breathe. Every breath in & out acts as internal massage. Each pause allows fascia to soften & relax, which regulates the parasympathetic nervous system.

Keep this calm feeling with you throughout the day. That was a simple moment for self-care Sunday.
